This design was created for PLOT, a storytelling walk in Beisbroek. It’s inspired by the tale The Reed and the Devil's Bite, where God and the Devil compete to create the most beautiful plant. The book symbolizes the story, the tree represents the plant. Above ground is heaven, ruled by God. Below, where the roots grow lies hell.
